Obituary for Wesley Hilliard
Cherryville - Mr. Wesley William Hilliard, 83, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.
Wesley was born on January 3, 1940 in Sebastian, Florida one of eleven children born to Karl Hilliard and Nancy McNeal Hilliard. He was employed as a painter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, David William Hilliard; a grandson, Christopher Gay and a son-in-law, James "Jim" England.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Betty P. Hilliard of the home two daughters, Nancy England of Gastonia and Sharon Whitener and husband Chris of Crouse; a son, Mark Hilliard and wife Cynthia of Apex, NC; five grandchildren, Brandon and Andrew Gay, Brittany Hilliard, Joseph and Sarah Mignogna.
Services and burial will be private.
