Obituary for Adam Doster
Kings Mountain - Adam "Spanky" Doster, 31, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at his residence.
Adam was born on November 16, 1991 in Cleveland County, NC the son of Timothy Doster and Tracy Mull Doster. He worked as a cook at Love's Fish Box in Kings Mountain. Adam enjoyed grilling and cooking. He attended Trinity Church of the Living God.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Richard Dale Mull and his paternal grandparents, Gene and Joyce Doster.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his fiance, Erica Pennigton of the home; two sons, Tyler Gage Doster of Kings Mountain and Austin Silvers Doster of Marion; a step daughter, Madison Pennigton; two sisters, Cynthia Belcher and husband Jason of Kings Mountain; Heather Doster of West Virginia; maternal grandmother, Geraldine Mull of Cherryville. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Cornerstone Church of God in Kings Mountain with the Revs. John Freeman and Matthew Lewis officiating.
Burial will follow the service at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City.
