Cherryville - Ms. Nita Pendleton Dellinger, 69, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.
Nita was born in Cleveland County, NC on August 29, 1953 the daughter of Murphy Pendleton and Ollie Houser Pendleton. She was an auditor at FleetNet America in Cherryville.
Survivors include a son, Frankie Dellinger (Jannie Smith) of Cherryville; two daughters Shana Dellinger Ford (Eric) of Wilmington; Tammy Dellinger Howell (Jamie) of Cherryville; three grandchildren, Kennedy Dellinger, Lynndie Dellinger and Kaleigh Lingerfelt; three great grandchildren, Kayson, Brennon and Zeppelin.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will greet friends following the service.
Burial will be private.
