Obituary for Polly Wise
Lincolnton - Mrs. Murlene Auton "Polly" Wise, 75, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Atrium Health - Lincoln.
Mrs. Wise was born in Lincoln County, NC on February 9, 1946, daughter of the late Myrtle Auton Ward. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Wise was preceded in death by her husband, Larry E. Wise on September 29, 2021; one sister, Betty Black and four brothers, Bob Auton, Howard Auton, Roger Ward and Larry Ward.
Survivors include a daughter, Shelia Huss and husband Ron of Crouse; a son Lorn Wise of Lincolnton; a granddaughter, Haley Brooke Huss of Crouse; a sister Mary Ward; two brothers, Carroll Auton and Ronnie Ward both of Lincolnton. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Polly and Larry Wise will be held from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.
Burial will be private.
