Obituary for Linda Stroupe Hastings
Cherryville - Mrs. Linda Stroupe Hastings, 77, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Atrium Health in Lincolnton.
Linda was born on September 14, 1944 in Caldwell County, NC a daughter of the late Lawrence Stroupe and Edna Greene Stroupe. She was the owner of Kings Mountain Florist for 30 years and helped to bring comfort and happiness to people with her floral designs.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Hastings and a brother, Gary Stroupe.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Jerry Wayne Hastings of the home; two sons, Jeff Hastings; Doug Hastings and wife Laurie; a sister, Patsy Randall; a brother, Tommy Stroupe all of Cherryville; two grandchildren, Dylan Hastings; Rex Hastings and wife Rebecca.
Services and burial will be private.
