Obituary for Juanita Gilreath
Cherryville - Mrs. Juanita P. Gilreath, 91, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.
Juanita was born on October 22, 1931 in Rock Hill, SC a daughter of the late Guy Propst and Leila Davis Propst. She was retired as a teller from First Citizens Bank. Juanita was a member of First Baptist Church in Cherryville and the Aileen Barger Sunday school class.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Robbie Gilreath.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert L. Gilreath of the home; a daughter, Sally Rickard and husband Kevin of Charlotte.
The family will receive friends from 11:45AM to 12:45PM on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 1:00PM at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Vince Hefner officiating.
Burial will be private.
