Lincolnton - Mr. Joe Harris, 70, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 at his residence.
Joe was born in DeKalb County, Georgia on October 25, 1950 a son of the late Melba Holcombe Harris. He was retired from IBM in Colorado. Joe served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; two daughters, Darcy and Megan and two brothers, Wayne and Herb.
All services will be private.
